You have COVID, what now?
• Reach out to those you may have exposed. This is kind and loving to your community.
• How to know when to seek medical attention – check out this CDC site.
• Contact your doctor to let them know you tested positive. Schedule a tele health appointment to begin a plan.
• Cancel all of your appointments for the next 10 days.
• Good to have on hand: a thermometer, a pulse oximeter, and a blood pressure monitor.
• Keep a journal about your symptoms. This will help you keep track of what to share with your doctor and also help you to gauge how your symptoms change, progress or regress.
• Get nourishing food in your house. Use your grocery delivery services or ask your friends and family to help. Soup is easiest!
• Listen to guided meditations. Here is one I found comforting. Healing Guided Meditation
